Step 1: You must be logged-in as the Organization Owner to change your plan/billing information. If your Owner is no longer with your Organization please email us for assistance.
Step 2: Click the "My Account" tab in the left column of your Admin page.
Step 3: Click the "Billing / Subscription" button.
Step 4: Click "Change" under your previous credit card information.
Step 5: At the prompt, enter your new credit card info and click "Add Card".
