"Admin" users have access to everything except billing and Ownership Transfer, while standard users can only access people/households, the dashboard, and apps (if enabled).
Step 1: If you haven't done so already, enable multiple users in your Admin > Settings by clicking the checkbox next to "Enable Multiple Users" and then clicking the "Save Settings" button at the bottom.
Step 2: You must be logged-in as an Admin user (The Owner has Admin privileges by default). If you have a special case such as organizational reorganization and don't have access to this information, please email us for help.
Step 3: Select "Users" in the left navigation tab.
Step 4: Click the "Add User" button.
Step 5: Create a Username and Password, then select whether the user will have Admin privileges and click "Add User". (As you type a Username, Kidddo will check to see if it is available. TIP: Using an email address might help with username availability)
