How-To Transfer Ownership of Your Organization

The Owner has access to billing/subscription as well as the ability to delete the entire organization's account.

Step 1: You must be logged-in as the "Owner" of the Organization. (If the owner no longer works with your organization, Email us for assistance in transferring ownership.)

Step 2: In your Admin Panel navigate to the "My Account" tab in the left-side navigation bar.

Step 3: Click the "Transfer Ownership" button.

Step 4: Select an Admin-level user from the prompt that you would like to transfer the ownership to. If none exist, you must first Add a User, then repeat these steps.

Step 5: Confirm the Transfer of Ownership.
